Fractional Radio Frequency

Fractional Skin Resurfacing is a non-surgical treatment designed to dramatically improve texture, tone, fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating your skin’s natural processes.
Fractional Skin Resurfacing rejuvenates skin from the outside in, improving texture, tone and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Fractional Skin Resurfacing – Minimal Downtime, Minimal Discomfort
A 3 dimensional skin resurfacing treatment that combines micro-fractional RF skin ablation with volumetric dermal anti-wrinkle effect – in a single pulse.
Results is brighter skin, reduction of epidermal hyperpigmentation,
improvement of skin texture, smoothing of wrinkles and treatment of scars.
A minimally invasive procedure with minimal discomfort and minimal downtime.

Clinically proven RF technology
For many people today, their major skin appearance concern is that of aging
skin. There are a variety of ways to treat aging skin with medical procedures
from full laser resurfacing to non-ablative treatments to deep peeling. One
treatment that is growing in popularity is fractional skin resurfacing – which
treats a fraction of the skin’s surface so that there are reservoirs of healing
tissue left to promote rapid healing and reduce downtime.

FSR – A New Era in Multi-layer Therapy
Now with the EndyMed’s 3DEEP fractional resurfacing treatment it is possible
to achieve a good epidermal effect together with deep dermal volumetric
heating for anti-wrinkle effects. Fractional skin resurfacing
treatment simultaneously performs micro-fractional ablation on the
epidermal layer and deep dermal heating in one pulse.

The upper skin layers (stratum corneum and epidermis) are best treated
with ablation, allowing removal of damaged skin cells for the reduction of
skin roughness and hyperpigmentation. The use of fractional ablation to
accomplish this effect allows fast recovery with minimal downtime.

In contrast, the deeper skin layer (dermis) is best treated with nonablative
deep dermal heating, which leads to collagen remodeling and the
reduction of scars and wrinkles.

Fractional Radio Frequency

Fractional Skin Resurfacing is a non-surgical treatment designed to dramatically improve texture, tone, fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating your skin’s natural processes.
During the procedure small areas of epidermis are removed which allows new tissue to be formed. This is done using radio frequency to generate intense heat in small columns.
Radio frequency technology also acts on your skin by heating the skin at a deeper level, in the dermis, at an optimum level for stimulating new collagen production. The result is firmer, smoother, tighter and fresher looking skin.
Because the process stimulates your skin’s normal processes it is safe for all skin types and produces natural, long-lasting results.
3DEEP Advantage – Treating All Skin Layers for Effective Results Since the aging of skin manifests differently in the various layers of the skin, each layer requires a different modality to accomplish the most effective treatment. To achieve effective skin rejuvenation throughout the layers, a combination of different modalities with different treatment times and levels of discomfort has been necessary – until now.

In order to ensure the procedure is comfortable your practitioner will numb the treated area with a topical anaesthetic. The handpiece will then be applied to your skin, and moved across the treatment area in a regular pattern.
The handpiece will deliver short pulses of radiofrequency which generates intense heat, removing small, targeted areas of the epidermis. Skin under the handpiece will also be heated at a deeper level to help to stimulate new collagen.
Your practitioner can supply a soothing recovery gel to help your skin’s recovery following the procedure. Immediately after you’ve received the Fractional Skin Resurfacing treatment you will experience some redness, which can last up to two days. You may also develop micro-crusting, as the skin cells renew and the resurfacing takes place. This can last for three to five days. We recommend the use of high level UV protection, such as a product from the Heliocare range, during and following your course of treatment to help protect your skin.
Our practitioner will advise on the number of treatments that they recommend, but it’s normal to have a minimum of three treatments about four to six weeks apart. We would also recommend one or two courses of treatment a year to maintain the results.
